All plans are billed monthly on 30-day terms. You choose a commitment period — monthly (no commitment), 12-month, or 36-month — which determines your rate. Longer commitments get deeper discounts. There are no upfront lump-sum payments — you pay monthly throughout your commitment period.
Yes. You can move from monthly to a 12-month or 36-month commitment at any time to lock in a lower rate. Upgrade from Starter to Business at any time — the new rate takes effect from your next billing cycle. To move to Enterprise, contact us. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current commitment period.

Most organisations are operational within 5–10 business days. Starter plans use self-serve onboarding with comprehensive documentation. Business plans include guided onboarding sessions with your team. Enterprise plans receive a custom programme tailored to your governance frameworks and existing tooling.
Yes, on every plan. Your environment is hosted in a UK cloud region by default, satisfying UK GDPR data residency requirements. Enterprise customers can request alternative regions — EU, US, or other — as part of their onboarding.
At the end of your commitment, your plan continues at the same rate on a rolling monthly basis unless you renew for another commitment term. If you choose not to continue, we provide a 30-day data export window so you can retrieve all of your governance data — the trail is yours.
Each customer runs on dedicated infrastructure with real ops cost — that’s what the price reflects. Per-seat pricing would also penalise the people we want most engaged: every CFO, architect, procurement lead, and compliance director on the platform makes the audit trail richer. Per-environment pricing aligns the incentives.
